Custom Soccer Uniforms: Jersey Cuts, Fabric, Goalkeeper Kits, Socks and 2026 Factory Prices

Fabric

Interlock 160–180 gsm is the default: smooth, prints sharpest, holds shape. Choose bird-eye or micro mesh for hot climates and summer leagues, or combine – interlock body with mesh side panels. White kits should use 170–180 gsm so they are not see-through when wet. Upgrades (jacquard mesh, rPET, spandex blends) are +US$0.60 to +US$1.70 per jersey; see the fabric guide.

Shorts

Sublimated shorts at US$2.50 (youth US$2.10) with a 4 cm elastic waistband and internal drawcord, 42–56 cm length by size, printed in the same design. Options: side pockets, a longer or shorter leg, a contrast waistband, sublimated leg numbers (free). Goalkeeper shorts with light hip padding are quoted separately.

Socks

Knitted (not sublimated) team socks at US$3.20 in club colours with stripes or a small logo knitted in; sizes junior, adult and large. Sock numbers are a knitted option with a small charge. Socks are typically the last piece to be decided and the one clubs forget – order them with the kit so the colours are matched from the same reference.

Goalkeeper kit

Goalkeeper jerseys are a separate style: usually long-sleeved, in a heavier knit, with elbow padding and a contrasting colour scheme so the referee can distinguish the keeper. Goalkeeper shorts and pants with padding are available. Because it is a different fabric and pattern it counts as its own style for MOQ, but clubs ordering 2–3 goalkeeper sets with a team order are handled as part of the same order – ask for the goalkeeper option on the quote.

Names, numbers and league rules

With sublimation, names and numbers are printed into the fabric free of charge from the roster you send. Standard sizes: back number 20–25 cm, front number 8–10 cm, shorts number 6–8 cm, name 5–6 cm. Home, away and third kits

Each colourway is a style for MOQ purposes (10 per style), but one design covers them – the mockup shows home and away together, and the print files are shared. Many clubs order home and away jerseys with one pair of shorts and socks in a neutral colour that works with both, which cuts cost by about a third.

Training and matchday extras

Training tops (US$5.10 sleeveless, or jersey price for short sleeve), quarter-zips and jackets, track pants, bibs and bags can be made in the same colours. Team dealers often bundle a matchday kit with a training set; ask for the bundle quote.

What a complete club order looks like

An amateur club with 18 players orders: 18 home kits, 18 away jerseys (shared shorts and socks), 2 goalkeeper kits, 18 training tops and 4 spare home jerseys with numbers only. Sizing

Our soccer chart runs XS–6XL for adults (M = 110 cm chest, 72 cm length, height 180–185 cm), M–3XL for women’s cut, and youth from about 120 cm height. Sizes are Asian/EU fit – US teams usually order one letter up. Use a size-set sample on a first order; the size chart guide explains how to collect sizes from a squad.

Care

Machine wash at 30–40 °C inside out, no bleach, no tumble drying on high, do not iron the print. Sublimated colours are inside the fibre (SGS colour-fastness 4–5), so a kit keeps its colours for its whole life; the fabric will outlast several seasons of weekly washing.
