- Q: How long do samples and bulk orders take? A: Samples are ready in 5–10 days after design confirmation. Bulk orders ship in 10–20 days depending on quantity and craft.
- Q: Can you produce our own design with logo, names and numbers? A: Yes. Send your artwork or just your idea – our design team creates a free mockup. Full sublimation allows unlimited colours with no extra cost for logos, names or numbers.
- Q: Do you offer private label? A: Yes. Custom woven or printed neck labels, hangtags, polybags and packaging so the finished product carries only your brand.
