Hoodies with a cotton blend cannot be sublimated all over (the print only takes on polyester); they are decorated with heat transfer, screen print or embroidery instead. A 100 % polyester fleece hoodie can be fully sublimated like a jersey.

Fabric weights and climate

• 240–260 gsm tricot: the classic “track jacket” feel – smooth outside, light brushing inside. Right for spring/autumn in Europe and the US, and for year-round use in Australia and warm climates.
• 260–290 gsm interlock or micro-fleece: heavier and warmer, better drape, good for winter training and indoor sports halls.
• Softshell / bonded fleece (300+ gsm): wind-resistant, for coaches and touchline staff; quoted separately.
• Mesh lining: adds breathability and a finished look inside a full-zip jacket; a small extra per piece.

All these fabrics take sublimation, so the jacket can carry the same pattern as the jersey – stripes continuing across the sleeves, a fade into the club colour, sponsor panels – with no set-up cost per colour.

Construction options (included unless noted)

Sizing outerwear

Jackets are cut roomier than jerseys so they fit over a match shirt: allow roughly 6–10 cm more chest ease. Our jacket chart runs XS–4XL adult with a kids’ range from 120 cm height; the pants chart gives inside leg by size and an option for a shorter or longer leg. Because outerwear is worn for several seasons, most clubs order a size-set sample (one of each size) before bulk – it costs the single-piece price, credited on the bulk order. Sizes are Asian/EU fit; US teams usually order one letter up, as on the size chart guide.

Building a training set around the match kit

A typical club or school package per player is: match kit (jersey, shorts, socks), a training top, a quarter-zip and a tracksuit (jacket + pants). Ex-factory that is about US$11.40 + 5.10 + 11.00 + 23.60 = US$51 per player for adults, all in the same colours and print. Team dealers often sell this as a “club bundle” and add a hoodie or a bag. Because everything is printed from the same files, the colours match across pieces – a common complaint when jerseys and jackets come from two suppliers.

Minimums and mixing

MOQ is 10 per style and colourway. A jacket and its matching pants are two styles; a men’s and women’s cut of the same jacket are two styles. Mixed sizes within a style are free. Coaches’ jackets in a different colour (for example black with the club crest) count as a separate style, so a small club usually orders 10 and keeps spares.

Lead time and shipping weight

Outerwear takes the same 10–20 days to produce as jerseys, but weighs more to ship: a jacket is about 400–500 g and pants 350–450 g, so a tracksuit for 20 players is roughly 18–20 kg – about US$120–180 by express to the US, UK or Australia. Care

Machine wash at 30 °C inside out, zips closed, no bleach, dry flat or tumble low. Sublimated colours do not fade or crack; embroidered crests should not be ironed directly. Fleece may pill slightly after heavy washing if washed with abrasive items; wash with similar garments.

Can the jacket use exactly the same design as our jersey? Yes – same print files, adapted to the jacket pattern. We show it on the mockup before you approve.

Do you make women’s and kids’ jackets? Yes, women’s XS–2XL and kids’ from 120 cm height; kids’ jackets are US$11.50 and kids’ pants US$9.20 (tapered) or US$8.70 (straight).

Is there a minimum for hoodies? 10 per style, same as all garments. Cotton-blend hoodies use heat transfer or embroidery; polyester fleece hoodies can be fully sublimated.

Can we add sponsor logos on the sleeve or back? Yes, sublimated at no charge, or embroidered for a small extra.
