Fabric Inspection & Cutting
Performance fabrics are inspected, relaxed and cut by experienced cutters on industrial straight-knife machines, ensuring accurate panels for every size.
Our 9-Step Production Process
From fabric inspection to packed cartons, every step happens inside our own factory – with a quality check before the sewing line, not after it. Samples in 5–10 days, bulk in 10–20 days.
STEP 02
Pattern Nesting
Our design team lays out every panel, logo, name and number digitally to match your artwork exactly and minimise fabric waste.
STEP 03
Digital Textile Printing
Designs are printed onto transfer paper on wide-format digital printers – full colour, unlimited patterns and gradients at no extra cost.
STEP 04
Dye-Sublimation Transfer
Heat calenders transfer the ink into the polyester fibres. The print becomes part of the fabric and will never crack, peel or fade.
STEP 05
Precision Laser Cutting
Printed panels are cut by computer-controlled laser cutters for clean, sealed edges and perfect pattern alignment.
STEP 06
Pre-Sewing Panel Inspection
Every panel is checked for colour accuracy, print defects and size before it reaches the sewing line – problems are caught early.
STEP 07
Precision Sewing
Four production lines assemble garments with flatlock and overlock stitching for strength, stretch and comfort.
STEP 08
Thread Trimming & Finishing
Loose threads are trimmed, seams checked, and each garment pressed and given a final visual inspection.
STEP 09
Packing & Shipping
Garments are folded, size-labelled and packed individually, then boxed by team and size according to your packing list.

Your order runs through our 9-step production process. Bulk takes 10–20 days. We send photos at key stages.
Delivery
After balance payment we ship by DHL / FedEx / UPS (5–7 days) or sea freight for large orders, with tracking.
