What Fabric Is Best for Sublimated Sports Jerseys?

Sublimation only bonds to polyester, so fabric choice defines both print quality and comfort. These are the fabrics we use most for team uniforms.

• Interlock 140–160 gsm – smooth face, sharp prints; standard for soccer jerseys.
• Bird-eye / micro mesh 150–170 gsm – maximum breathability; ideal for hot climates and basketball.
• Pro-mesh 180–220 gsm – heavier, durable; used for baseball and hockey.
• Poly-spandex 4-way stretch – for compression, tennis and golf pieces.

All fabrics are moisture-wicking and tested for colour fastness (SGS grade 4–5). Ask us for swatches with your sample.
